Hello and welcome to Kindergarten!  My name is April Clos and I am excited to be teaching kindergarten!  This is my sixth year here at Huron Academy. I recently celebrated my fifth anniversary with my husband, Jason, and we have two cats: Wrigley and Riley.  I am a graduate from Oakland University with a Master’s Degree in Early Elementary Education.

I believe that every child has the potential to learn and that children learn through hands-on experiences.  With a partnership amongst us, I hope that we can bring joy to your child’s learning adventure.  Also, by enriching your child in literature, and learning concepts through play and socialization, we will see your child grow and be nurtured in many ways.
