The goal of Saxon Math is to allow students to learn and remember the foundational skills of mathematics.  It includes problem-solving, mental math, facts practice, and weekly assessment.       In addition it presents a series of daily lessons, each of which is followed by a set of problems.   These problems not only cover the new topics but review previous skills and material.  All skills    are tested after every five lessons are given.
