My name is Nicole Hunt and I’m very excited to be joining the team as the new art teacher at Huron Academy! I have a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Special Education, and began my teaching career in 2013. I have always enjoyed working with children and helping them grow through creativity and imagination. Art has been a lifelong passion of mine and I believe its one of the best ways for children to express themselves, build confidence, tell a story, get a little messy, and let their creativity shine! I can’t wait to see my students let their imaginations take over and learn new things in art class this year!
