Mr. Wyatt

My name is Seth Wyatt, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about who I am as an educator and the values I bring into the classroom every day.

My passion for helping and supporting others began early in life. Growing up surrounded by empathetic, passionate, and supportive family and friends, I learned firsthand that helping others is not just something we can do—it is something that should be actively taught and practiced daily. This value has shaped who I am and continues to drive my work in education. I discovered my love for teaching through my mother, who sacrificed her own opportunities to stay home and homeschool my twin brothers and me. Watching her joy in teaching and supporting others planted a deep seed in me.

In the classroom, I focus on building a culture of acceptance, inclusion, and support. I believe education goes far beyond academics—it must also prepare students for the real world by fostering respect for individual differences and celebrating each student’s unique value and purpose. I lead by example, bringing real-world problems and alternative perspectives into our lessons to help students think beyond what society often emphasizes. I view education as a lifelong journey with no finish line. I am committed to continuously learning from others’ experiences and knowledge. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Education Administration at Wayne State University, which I believe will further strengthen my ability to support students and their growth.

Above all, my goal is to create a classroom where every student feels heard, respected, valued, and supported. I look forward to partnering with you to help your child thrive both academically and personally.
