Hello,
My name is Katherine Melistas and I am excited to start at Huron Academy as the preschool teacher and program director. I have over ten years of experience in early childhood in teaching and in administration. In 2023 I received my Master’s Degree in Leadership in Education from Wayne State University.
Teaching early childhood has always been a passion of mine since it is a time of immense growth for young children, not only physically but also emotionally and socially. I believe that being creativite in the classroom through the child’s interest in best practice in early childhood.
